NHS BREAST SCREENING SERVICE

Transforming all eleven screening services, starting with breast screening as a priority due to its complexity and status of legacy systems underpinning the service.

Establish the as-is and make recommendations for the to-be design of the national breast screening service

UNIVERSITY OF NOTTINGHAM VIRTUAL OPEN DAYS

Reimagining open days at the University of Nottingham when COVID struck and the University had to rapidly move its offer online for 20,000+ prospective students.

My Role

Main Goal

Move the physical service online in light of COVID and still  meet or exceed recruitment targets
